Terroir :
Syrah grows on gravel red terraces, Grenache, Mourvedre, and Carignan on clayey and chalky soil. The terroir combines both soil and local local microclimate. Soft winds from the sea moderate sun effect.

Wine making process :
The wines are blended at the end of the malolactic fermentations.

Maturing :
18 months of ageing in steel vats and oak barrels (Syrah)
