Crémant Brut Rosé
Sick-dreyer
AOC Vin d’Alsace

Located in the middle of the Alsatian vineyard, the Sick Dreyer Winery has been here for a long time. We have records of the Sick family cultivating vines and making wine for the first time in 1563.

Since then, many things have changed. The horse and the ox we were using to plow have retired. The old wood wine press has been replaced by a new pneumatic press. In 1966, after working many years with his uncle, Pierre Dreyer has inherited of the Sick Winery and has created the Sick-Dreyer Winery. In 2001, his son Étienne took over the winery and decided to find new market for his great white wines. Today, we are cultivating 13 hectares of vines around Ammerschwihr and we are exporting our wines in many countries like Italy, Denmark, United-Kingdom, Singapore and the US (Florida).

But one thing has not changed during the 452 years of our story : the love we have for our terroir and our wines.

The Crémant d'Alsace Brut Rosé is a wine made from the Pinot Noir grape. It is distinguished by its aromas of red fruits. This wine suits perfectly as an aperitif. It is to be served very chilled.
