Domaine Philippe Leclerc, owner-harvesting cultivates his vines and produces wines only from them. Wines produced by Philippe Leclerc, the CEO of the domain. He bottles in his cellars and then sells them in the cellar at Gevrey-Chambertin in Burgundy. It is also intended for around a third of its production to the export.
He wants the most natural wines possible. Wines that meet the expectations and the drops of today, without denying what makes the greatness of his vineyard, without denying what the monks created, without denying what his ancestors bequeathed to him.
He was born and raised here in Gevrey-Chambertin, in Burgundy. He grew up here on the estate. He took his first steps in the cellars that still house his wines today; he made his debut under the benevolent eye of his father in the vineyards which still make the reputation of his domain today.
'Les Babillaires' is one of the smallest productions of the Philippe Leclerc estate, around 1200 bottles. The great wines of Chambolle Musigny have the reputation of being the lightest and most fruity wines of the Côte de Nuits, which does not detract from their finesse and elegance.
