Pinot Noir
Sick-dreyer
AOC Vin d’Alsace

It is the only Alsatian grape variety producing red or rosé wine. This aromatic and very expressive wine has fruity aromas such as cherry and blackberry. Pinot Noir goes well with white or red meat, poultry and grilled meat. This wine is not so much tannic and can be served throughout the meal. Traditionally it is served chilled, around 54°F (12°C).
